Hannah Nelson, CMT

Founder of Innate Bodywork

Hannah has dedicated her life to embodying the principles of wellness and movement. Her journey began at a young age, excelling in sports such as tennis and track, which ignited her lifelong passion for health and fitness.

Professionally, Hannah has over five years of experience in the medical field—ranging from private practice to administrative roles at UCLA— helping her develop a deeper understanding of the body’s intricacies as well as patient care. However, it was her personal experience with injury and recovery that transformed her path. In 2021, she embraced a more holistic approach by enrolling in the Physical Therapy Aide program at SOCHI, where she graduated at the top of her class, earning certifications as a Physical Therapy Aide and in Massage Therapy.

Hannah quickly began her career at LA Bodywork as a massage therapist and bodyworker. Simultaneously, she worked at Lifestyle Physical Therapy, where she assisted patients with corrective exercises under the guidance of licensed Physical Therapists. She received invaluable training from her peers and mentors. Over time, she developed her skills and has mastered various modalities that enable her to provide tailored and effective treatments.

Her passion for growth is evident through her continued education, which includes certifications in FMS Level 1, Stick Mobility Level 1, Assisted Stretch Therapy Level 1, and Rollga Foam Rolling. Driven by an innate desire to help others, Hannah believes in the transformative power of movement and touch.

She looks forward to supporting each client's journey to optimal health and well-being!
